How do I add a new WordPress site?
Go to Dashboard > Sites > Add Site. Enter your domain name and SSH credentials. Our system will verify the connection and begin the first scan automatically.
Why is my scan showing errors?
Scan errors usually indicate an SSH connection problem. Check that your SSH credentials are correct, the server is accessible, and the SSH port is not blocked by a firewall.
How does auto-remediation work?
When malware is detected, our system can automatically quarantine infected files by moving them to a secure location. The original files are preserved for review. You can restore or permanently delete quarantined files from the dashboard.
Can I run scans on demand?
Yes! You can trigger a manual scan anytime from the Sites page by clicking the "Scan Now" button. Scheduled scans run automatically every 6 hours.
What WordPress hosting providers are supported?
HBM Security works with any hosting provider that supports SSH access. We have optimized integrations for Hostinger, but any host with SSH will work.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Dashboard > Settings > Billing and click "Cancel Subscription". Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
